Any development, both individual and collective, necessarily goes beyond what is already there. In order to acquire more functional behaviors and perspectives it is essential to open up to the new as much as to let go of part of the old.
Learning is a process in which everyone has shown great facility – during childhood. As time goes by, however, we lose flexibility and it becomes increasingly laborious and complicated.
My work is to simplify and speed up progress.

Coaching
I don’t believe in coaching. The reason is simple: under the generic name of coaching, the offerings run the gamut, from valuable approaches to things that leave me somewhat perplexed.
Instead, I offer professional coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation, which emphasizes partnership with the client in a reflective and generative process.
Each coaching journey is unique, so I am curious and flexible about how best to collaborate with my clients. Therefore, I develop the process tailored to you and your needs.
As your coach, I combine an orientation towards results, matured as a business leader and CEO, along with a systemic approach to change, developed as a trainer of personal evolution programs.

Mentoring
Leaving for the Trojan War, Odysseus entrusted the guidance of his young son, Telemachus, to his wise friend Mentor. So says the tradition.
Mentoring can take various forms and modalities depending on context and needs. In general, it refers to a relationship between two people of different experience and age where the senior supports the learning and development of the other.
As a mentor I address two areas: the individuation of young adults or the growth of coaches.

In the decade between your twenties and thirties, you generally finish your studies and enter the workforce. You begin to establish yourself as an adult independent of the family system. This new context with new responsibilities leads to a profound inner transition.
We gradually open up to our own uniquely individual nature, a process that ideally continues throughout our lifetime, helping us to make our lives more our own. In this crucial phase of life, the appreciative and supportive exchange with those who have more experience can offer an important contribution, both immediate and long term.
As a mentor, I listen with the utmost respect, offer resonance, share experiences, brainstorm points of view, and provide approaches and tools to stimulate you to reflect, make decisions, and implement your professional and personal choices.

Coaches in development
Coaches starting the profession have two complementary needs: to continue to hone their skills and to develop a sustainable business.
To enhance coaching skills, I offer a dialogic, collaborative, and appreciative process of coaching and feedback related to the ICF Key Competencies (Mentor Coaching).
To jumpstart and develop your business, I provide guidance, support, and modeling within a coaching-supported approach (Mentorship).

Facilitation and Training
The appropriate use of development strategies depends on the context; it’s more of an art than a science. With groups and teams, I operate primarily as a facilitator and trainer.
As facilitator, I assist in creating spaces of communication and collaboration, everything from a crucial meeting to a developmental retreat.
As trainer, I conduct programs to learn coaching skills, and refine them, within the FUTURE Coaching Academy.
I also lead my own seminars and retreats for those who wish to progress in their lives.
